PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a screw from intruding into a base unit during mounting work of a base unit to a panel.SOLUTION: A base unit formed by stacking a sheet metal base and a substrate includes: a flexure part erected near a panel mounting part of the sheet metal base; and an edging member mounted to the flexure part. The edging member covers an opening part between the sheet metal base and the substrate to prevent a panel mounting screw from intruding into the opening part.
