The present invention relates to a method of producing a knitted fabric capable of improving heat insulation and, more specifically, to a method of producing a heat insulating knitted fabric comprising: a knitting step of knitting blended yarn consisting of 65 wt% of rayon and 35 wt% of polyester, draw textured yarn (DTY), and spandex yarn as separate yarns; a dyeing step performed by dividing the dyeing step into a plurality in a temperature range of 55-140°C by using the fabric completed in the knitting step; and a tenta step of performing a tenta process in a temperature range of 145-155°C by using a fabric passed through the dyeing process. In addition, the yarn used in the knitting step is consisting of 60-65 wt% of blended yarn, 30-35 wt% of DTY, and 4-8 wt% of spandex yarn. In addition, in the knitting step, after the tension of 5-10 gf is applied to the yarn, and the yarn is provided for a knitting machine for knitting. Therefore, performed are the knitting step of knitting the blended yarn consisting of rayon and polyester, DTY, and spandex yarn as separate yarns; and the dyeing step and the tenta step in which the knitted fabric is in a specific condition limited to the present invention. According to the present invention, the density of the fabric is maintained, thereby maintaining heat insulation; and flexibility of a fabric is maintained, thereby providing a good quality of the fabric. In addition, in the knitting step, as the fabric is knitted by the yarn to which the uniform tension of 5-10 gf is applied, the tension of the fabric is maintained, flexibility is improved, and the density of a yarn is also dense. |
