发明名称 REGULATORY SITES OF MIR528 AND USE THEREOF
摘要 Provided in the present invention is the use of regulatory sites (Os06g06050, Os06g37150, Os08g04310, Os08g42640 and Os07g38290) of rice miR528 encoding genes MIR528 and miR528 in the control of rice growing period and viral resistance. By the study of miR528 overexpression and knockout strains of rice, we found miR528 can affect rice heading period and anti Rice Stripe Virus (RSV) capability, and the overexpression of miR528 can result in an earlier heading period and sensitivity to RSV virus, while the knockout of miR528 will result in a delayed heading period and resistance to RSV virus. The presence of MIR528 in different rice varieties directly affects the expression level regulatory sequence polymorphism of miR528 and can be used for rice hybrid breeding and molecular assisted breeding.
