The purpose of the present invention is to calculate the far-field electric field strength of a printed circuit from the near-field electric field strength of the printed circuit. By analyzing the results of measuring the near magnetic field strength distribution of the component side of a printed circuit 40, a calculation device 30 specifies the maximum strength of an evaluated frequency component of the near magnetic field of the printed circuit 40 and the surface area S1 of a range up to attenuation by a first predetermined rate from the maximum strength of the evaluated frequency component of the near magnetic field of the printed circuit 40.
