An oscillator circuit is provided which can reliably produce oscillation near the resonance frequency even when using a piezoelectric resonator with a low Q value. This oscillator circuit 1 is provided with an amplifier 2 having an input terminal and an output terminal, a piezoelectric resonator 3 which is connected between the input terminal and the output terminal of the amplifier 2, and a phase-shifting circuit 4 which is connected between the input terminal and the output terminal the amplifier 2 and which makes the phase of the signal inputted to the amplifier 2 to fulfill an oscillation condition. |
