The present invention relates to a method for preparing bean curd, and more specifically, to a method for preparing bean curd, wherein plant extracts from Allium victorialis L., Capsella bursa-pastoris (L.) Medicus, bud of aralia elater and the like are mixed to add various nutrients as well as give colors to bean curd, and onion powder, a supplementary ingredient, is added to the plant extracts in order to enhance the taste and flavor of the plant extracts, thereby further enhancing value of bean curd. |
