Provided are a PCR method and a PCR kit which have higher detection accuracy and are simple in constitution. In the PCR method according to the present invention, a sample is subjected to a PCR reaction, wherein the sample contains a primer set which comprises a first primer and a second primer, a template which can be amplified with the primer set, a first probe which loses a bulge structure when a double strand is formed between the first probe and the first primer and which forms a bulge structure when the first probe is dissociated from the double strand formed between the first probe and the first primer, and a bulge structure-binding molecule which emits a signal upon the binding of the molecule to the bulge structure. |
