The syringe (R) has a nozzle (4) arranged at a nozzle-side end of a receiving sleeve (1). A plunger (2) is connectable with the receiving sleeve in transport state at the nozzle-side end of the receiving sleeve. Periphery of the plunger is variable. A sealing (7) is arranged in the receiving sleeve and connected with the plunger. The receiving sleeve comprises grooves at inner side, where the grooves run in stepwise or straight form. The plunger comprises a curve cam cooperating with the grooves. The plunger is partly inserted into the receiving sleeve for a working state. |
