A panel 106 for a merchandise display unit 100 is formed via a plurality of folds; the panel comprises first 106a and second 106e flanges and a middle sheet region 106c formed by folding the panel 106; the flanges include engagement elements (110, fig 4a) that attach the panel to supports 102a, 102b. The panel preferably includes transverse regions 106b, 106d, between the flanges 106a, 106e and the middle sheet region 106c. The engagement elements (110) may attach to portions of support members 102 that face in the same direction or to portions that face different directions (fig 8). A blank having preformed fold lines that can be made into a panel as detailed above is also disclosed. |
