The present invention relates to a solvent extract of pine needles having the inhibitory activities of acetylcholine esterase. Specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a solvent extract of pine needles having the inhibitory activities of acetylcholine esterase, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The composition is expected to contribute to prevent and treat dementia and cognitive dysfunction syndrome. The dosage form of the composition is selected from a group including a powder form, a granule form, a tablet form, a capsule form, a suspension form, an emulsion form, and a syrup form. |
