<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting 22 for easily fitting a raising bolt 14 to lip channel-shaped steel 8 without reducing a strength of the lip channel-shaped steel 8. <P>SOLUTION: A fitting 22 comprises a first member 24, a second member 26, a longitudinal caul 28 and a lateral caul 30. The first member 24 includes a longitudinal plate 32, an upper plate 34 and a lower plate 36. The second member 26 includes a longitudinal plate 72, an upper plate 74 and a lower plate 76. The upper plate 34 and the upper plate 74 are laminated. The lower plate 36 and the lower plate 76 are laminated. A loop surrounding the lip channel-shaped steel 8 is formed from the longitudinal plate 32, the upper plate 34 and the lower plate 36 of the first member 24 and the longitudinal plate 72 of the second member 26. The longitudinal caul 28 is interposed between the longitudinal plate 32 and the lip channel-shaped steel 8.
