The present invention relates to a safety management method of kindergarten life and commuting using a Bluetooth low energy (BLE) terminal. The safety management method of the present invention processes and checks whether a commuter vehicle passes a bus station and the kindergarten finishes through the BLE terminal and a smart phone, and displays a warning notice on the smart phone in case a BLE terminal of children is apart from a smart phone of a teacher over a fixed distance, and checks detail information of the children by receiving the detail information through BLE terminal pairing.
