The stick for practicing golf of the present invention is lengthily formed in an X direction, and formed as a square cross section to prevent from rolling in a direction perpendicular to the X direction, even if the stick is placed on the inclined floor surface. According to the present invention, provided is the stick for practicing golf, which does not roll even if the stick is installed on the inclined surface, or hit by a golf ball during the swing practice, and is convenient to carry and install.
