According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fingerprint recognition device comprises: an optical structure including a prism, and a metal layer arranged on the prism comprising a fingerprint touching surface; a first light source unit offering polarized incident light on the optical structure; and a light sensor collecting light reflected from the optical structure. The fingerprint recognition device verifies a biometric fingerprint of an object, depending on presence or absence of a plasma resonance, when the object having a fingerprint for recognition touches the metal layer. |
