a sealed flexible bag; a submerging tubular body, passing through the flexible bag and with a sealed link to the flexible bag, with the submerging body internally defining a chamber opening into the flexible bag through a sampling orifice; a valve able to adopt a sealing position for the sampling orifice and a release position of the sampling orifice; wherein the device comprises a cosmetic product arranged in the flexible bag;and wherein the valve comprises:
a shutter for sealing the sampling orifice, a core linked to the shutter-and engaged in the sampling orifice, an end portion linked to the core, provided with an elastic member that recalls the valve to the sealing position,with the shutter, the core and the end portion consisting of a single piece.
