An initial setting matrix test piece (6) to be tested is installed inside the test mode (7); a vibration sensor (1) is provided at the top centre of the initial setting matrix test piece (6); a tailcone of the vibration sensor (1) is fixed inside the initial setting matrix test piece (6); the vibration sensor (1) is connected to a vibration data collection device (3); a vibration exciter (2) is provided above an edge of the initial setting matrix test piece (6); the vibration exciter (2) is connected to an FPGA module (4) for controlling the regular vibration excitation thereof; and the vibration data collection device (3) and the FPGA module (4) are respectively connected to an industrial personal computer (5).
