A display substrate, a driving method therefor and a display device. The display substrate comprises two types of pixel rows arranged alternately and repeatedly. A second sub-pixel (12), a third sub-pixel (13), a second sub-pixel (12), a first sub-pixel (11) and a third sub-pixel (13) in one type of pixel row are sequentially and repeatedly arranged, and a third sub-pixel (13), a first sub-pixel (11), a second sub-pixel (12), a third sub-pixel (13) and a second sub-pixel (12) in the other type of pixel row are sequentially and repeatedly arranged. The center line of any sub-pixel in each pixel row in the column direction does not coincide with the center line of any sub-pixel in the adjacent pixel row in the column direction.
