摘要 Disclosed are: an organic electroluminescent element which has high power efficiency, excellent resistance to luminance decrease due to continuous operation and excellent storage stability at high temperatures, while being reduced in chromatically change of color developing light; and a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent element. Specifically disclosed is an organic electroluminescent element that has a positive electrode and a negative electrode on a supporting substrate, while comprising an organic layer, which contains at least one light-emitting layer, between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The organic electroluminescent element is characterized in that at least one layer in the organic layer contains a crown ether compound and a compound having a dibenzofuran skeleton.
