PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable support based on wattless power for voltage adjustment using proper control strategy by using DER.SOLUTION: The voltage of a distribution system is adjusted. The distribution system has an electric power substation transformer, at least one dispersion type energy source (DER) for generating wattless power into the distribution system, at least one DER controller which controls the amount of generated wattless power and is operably connected to DER, and a monitor controller for monitoring voltage violation in at least one phase of a monitor target bus. The wattless power amount required for compensating for the voltage violation in the monitor target bus is determined by using the equivalent impedance of the route of the distribution system between the electric power substation transformer and the monitor target bus, and the shift of the phase angle in the route, and a request to apply the wattless power for compensating for the voltage violation is transmitted.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
