Provided herein is an exercise cushion that can be used as a cushion and that is moreover is capable of performing stretches of the backbone, the muscles of the legs and arms or the like using the cushion. The exercise cushion comprises: a core main body (10) in which a pair of core boards (11,11) in an arc shape are engaged each other in a bendable manner; an elastic member (12) provided so as to resist against a force generated when the core boards (11,11) are bent; a pair of cushion bags (13) for housing the core boards; an inner cushion (14) to be inserted into the cushion bag with the core board; and a cushion cover (15) for covering the cushion bags (13) after the core boards (11) and the inner cushion (14) are inserted into the cushion bags (13). |
