PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which a permanent magnet can be easily fixed in an axial direction and a circumferential direction of a housing, and a fixing method of the permanent magnet.SOLUTION: A motor 1 includes: a housing 10; a bearing mechanism 30; an armature 40 supported through the bearing mechanism 30 to the housing 10 in a freely rotatable manner; and a permanent magnet 50 disposed along an inner peripheral surface of a peripheral surface part 11 of the housing 10. The peripheral surface part 11 includes protrusions 20 that protrudes inside of the housing 10. The protrusions 20 include a first protrusion 21 in contact with at least a part of one edge 51 of the permanent magnet 50, and a second protrusion 22 in contact with at least a part of another edge 52. The first protrusion 21 includes a first bent portion 26 which is bent toward the side of the one edge 51 and brought into contact with a corner of the one edge 51 closer to a cover part 15 in an end closer to the cover part 15. The second protrusion 22 includes a second bent portion 27 which is bent toward the side of the other edge 52 and brought into contact with the other edge 52 at a position excluding a corner closer to a bottom part 14 and a corner closer to the cover part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
