PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture a high-quality image-capturing unit in which an objective lens and an image-capturing element, very small though, are precisely aligned.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an image-capturing unit manufacturing method for manufacturing an image-capturing unit in which an image-capturing element unit 20 integrally equipped with a fastening part 6 on the outside of a cylindrical mirror cell 5 for holding an image-capturing element 4 and an objective lens unit 10 integrally equipped, on the outside of a cylindrical mirror cell 2 for holding an objective lens 1, with a fastening part 3 that can be mechanically fastened with the fastening part 6 are assembled, with the mirror cells 2, 5 fitted to each other, the method including the steps of: applying a coating of bond to the fitting sections of the mirror cells 2,5; fitting the mirror cells 2, 5 to each other and aligning the relative positions of the units 10, 20; fixing the mirror cells 2, 5 to each other by hardening the bond; and cutting off at least portions of the fastening parts 3, 6 after the bond is hardened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
