The present invention enables the inspection of the soundness (degree of degradation) of a tunnel for each span. A first image, which indicates one side surface of the two side surfaces of the tunnel lining surface imaged by an imaging means in the state of the imaging means being affixed to a first imaging position, and a second image, which indicates the other side surface of the two side surfaces of the tunnel lining surface imaged by the imaging means in the state of the imaging means being affixed to a second imaging position, are compared, and by means of indicating the sites that are the same span of the tunnel lining surface, an image is combined indicating both side surfaces of the tunnel lining surface for each span of the tunnel lining surface.
