The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an oil dispersion eye liner by dispersion at room temperature and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an oil dispersion eye liner by dispersion at room temperature, improving the stability of a product by minimizing the volatilization of volatile oil including isododecane during work by the high temperature work; and not causing the deviation of viscosity of contents through forming a thickener base by dispersing the volatile oil including isododacane and a thickener at high temperature, maintaining the thickener at room temperature, and maintaining the dispersion temperature at 40°C during work for dispersing remaining raw materials for the volatility of isododacane volatilizing at 50°C to be less than 5%. |
