PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication abnormality detection device and the like that are capable of automatically detecting abnormality in a communication line even if constant observation of a communication line, for example, like PROFIBUS communication is not prepared in a standard.SOLUTION: A detection unit 31 in a communication abnormality detection device 7 constantly observes communication voltage of a communication line between a master device 3 and a slave device 51. When the communication voltage falls below a set value, a notification unit 33 notifies the master device 3 of an ID to identify a communication opposite slave device in addition to the alarm. The master device 3 displays abnormality on a display unit 15 to display a maintenance warning of a specific place and also has a display unit 23 in the slave device 5 identified by the ID display a maintenance advance notice. This enables improvement of maintainability even for, for example, PROFIBUS communication. |
