METHODS FOR DETECTING DRUG RESISTANT MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS

Provided are a method for rapidly and simply detecting drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis with excellent accuracy, and a composition used in the same. The method for detecting drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the composition used in the same are used in rapid and simple diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis with excellent accuracy. The method comprises the following steps: providing nucleic acids of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolated from an object; amplifying the nucleic acids isolated by using a primer set; obtaining a melting curve by melting the amplified product; and detecting drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis by checking melting temperature from the melting curve.
