PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage supplying device capable of securely supplying a high capacity of beverage in a short time while keeping a size of an extraction container compact.SOLUTION: A beverage supplying device 1 is such that a filter F is provided between the lower end of a cylindrical extraction container 4, and an upper end of a liquid receiving part 5, and beverage extracted through supply of a raw material and water into the extraction container 4 and filtered through the filter F is received by the liquid receiving part 5 and supplied into a cup C through a beverage circulation passage L2. The beverage supplying device 1 includes a pump 7 that is provided in the middle of the beverage circulation passage L2, decompresses the liquid receiving part 5, sucks beverage in the extraction container 4 and discharges into the cup C, and supplies by supplying a prescribed capacity of the raw material and a first capacity of water into the extraction container 4 followed by replenishing a second capacity of water into the extraction container 4 during discharging beverage with the pump 7, and continuously discharging beverage of a capacity corresponding to a capacity of the cup into the cup C. |
