PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a new type vertical roller mill.SOLUTION: In a driving device for a vertical roller mill comprising: a housing (10); a pressure plate (11) being rotatably supported around a pressure plate vertical rotary shaft (12) on the housing (10) and forming the output part of a driving device; and a plurality of electric motors (14) which are disposed in the housing (10) and where each electric motor (14) has a rotor rotation shaft (15) extending in parallel with the pressure plate vertical rotary shaft (12) and being offset in a radial direction and the rotor rotation shaft (15) of the electric motor (14) makes rotational driving connection with a spur gear set (13), the gear set is directly made the rotational driving connection with the pressure plate (11) without further intermediate connection part of a gear device. |
