The present invention relates to an LED lighting device. The LED lighting device includes: a case part which has a light emitting hole and mounting surfaces on a part of an inner surface; substrates which are mounted on the mounting surfaces and include LEDs; and heat radiation parts which are prepared on the outer surface of the case part as the outer part of the mounting surface and radiate heat to each of the substrates. The substrates including the LEDs are located in different positions to distribute light regardless of the positions. Thereby, a heat radiation unit for each divided position can be prepared so that the heat radiation performance of a high-power LED lighting device can be improved.
