PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forcible lifting device which is adjustable in height, and forcibly lifts a ground improvement device, and a ground improvement construction device having the forcible lifting device.SOLUTION: A ground improvement construction device comprises: (A) a forcible lifting device which comprises first and second unit link member connecting bodies which are formed by rotatably and sequentially connecting a plurality of pieces of unit link members by using a connecting member, tip connecting parts which connect tips of the first and second unit link member connecting bodies to each other, first and second rotating bodies which reel and pay out the first and second unit link connecting member bodies, and rotating body drive means which drives the rotating bodies, and in which the first and second unit link member connecting bodies have connecting faces in which the connecting members are formed, and non-connecting faces which are opposite sides of the connecting faces, and in which the connecting member are not formed, and a columnar leader is formed by the abutment of the non-connecting faces of the first and second unit link member connecting bodies which are paid out of the rotating bodies; and (B) a ground improvement device which is connected to the leader. |
