A product sampling inspection method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: a collaborative manufacturing execution system (CMES) queries production information of products according to product barcode information of the products, the production information comprising: at least one material code of the products, at least one material manufacturer of a material corresponding to the material code, and at least one batch of the material manufacturer; and further, the CMES determines, according to the production information of the products and through product risky material information, whether to perform sampling inspection on the products corresponding to the product barcode. By means of the method, sampling inspection on the basis of production information of products and product risky material information can be realized, so that faulty products can be found accurately in time, and the sampling inspection result is more precise. |
