PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levigation device which can reduce energy consumption and can perform fixed-point observation at a low cost and in a long time.SOLUTION: A levitation device 1 includes: an airframe body 2; a wing-shaped structure 3 of an aircraft; an angle controller 4 for controlling an angle of the wing-shaped structure 3 of the aircraft; an automatic control device 8 of the angle controller 4; a GPS 9; a wind direction and wind force measuring device 5; and a wind force rudder 6. The automatic control device 8 determines a timing of descending and ascending of the airframe body 2 on the basis of data concerning an airframe height and flight distance, the wind direction and wind force measuring device 5 and the wind force rudder 6 from the GPS 9, autonomously controls an angle of the wing-shaped structure 3 of the aircraft by the angle controller 4, performs descending and ascending of the airframe body 2 by a propulsion power comprising a lifting power and a reaction force of the wing-shaped structure 3 of the aircraft and gravity force, and reciprocates the airframe body 2 between upper and lower predetermined area ranges, thereby always maintaining an air position of the airframe body in a predetermined range. |
