<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transmission control depending on a situation of congestion of a radio channel and thereby to restrain increase in a required transmission time of a radio channel which is not congested in minimum.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises a radio communication unit that performs transmission and reception by switching a plurality of radio channels, and a radio channel controller that outputs transmission data together with a signal to designate a radio channel corresponding to a port into which the transmission data was input as a radio channel to transmit the transmission data input from a plurality of ports to the radio communication unit. If the plurality of radio channels have respective transmission data to be transmitted, the radio channel controller preferentially outputs transmission data corresponding to a radio channel which is not congested on the basis of a congestion index of each radio channel, and has the radio communication unit transmit it.</p> |
