The prior structure of installing an upper plate and a lower plate on a manipulation axis installs a hole inserted with the manipulation axis, and inserts and fixates the upper plate and the lower plate in a vertical direction with an O-ring under a state where the manipulation axis passes through the hole, or supports the upper plate and the lower plate with an e-ring and a c-ring. But, in the above structure, it was apprehended that the upper plate and the lower plate could be inclined as to the manipulation axis, and thus there was a problem that it could not turn on a micro switch certainly even in case the micro switch is turned on by the upper plate and the lower plate. According to the present invention to solve the problem, a groove is formed over the entire principal plane of the manipulation axis at a middle part of the manipulation axis, and at the same time the upper plate and the lower plate allowing the rotation of the manipulation axis are installed while being interlocked with the groove without rattling. Under a state where the rotation of the upper plate and the lower state is stopped, the upper plate and the lower plate are vertically moved while moving in the axial direction of the manipulation axis, and thus the micro switch for ignition is turned on by the upper plate and the lower plate during the pushed movement of the manipulation axis. |
