<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition which can control the fall of a feel while being able to aim at reducing of an irritating odor or both of reducing of skin irritation and improving of brightness. <P>SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic composition includes: (A) an oxidizing agent; (B) an alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid; and (C) (C-1) at least one ingredient chosen from ammonia and an ammonium salt of an inorganic acid of 0.01-0.5 mol/L as an ammonia corresponding value or (C-2) 0.1-1.75 mass% of an alkanolamine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
