Disclosed is an oil tank net of a fryer. The oil tank net of a fryer installed inside a frying container having a heater, comprises: an oil tank net main body; a sieve which forms a surface of the oil tank net main body, and supports and filters a cooking object through the surface; supporters protruding upwards and downwards with respect to the surface of the sieve to support the sieve; and contact surfaces in which one portion of the supporter is in contact with the bottom of the frying container or a surface of the structure. Accordingly, the oil tank net is inserted into the frying container of the fryer regardless of an installation direction thereof to be installed and used. |
