PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a change of a value close to reality without shortening a data collection cycle.SOLUTION: A controller 1 includes: an equipment data collection unit 11 collecting data about equipment from the equipment in a first cycle; an equipment data storage unit 12 storing the collected data; an equipment information extraction unit 13 which extracts a corresponding data group from the equipment data storage unit 12 in a long second cycle compared with the first cycle and extracts information showing a current value and an extreme value; and an equipment information transmission unit 14 transmitting the extracted information to a facility management device 2 in the second cycle. The facility management device 2 is provided with: an equipment information reception unit 21 which receives information transmitted in the second cycle; an equipment information storage unit 22 storing the received information; a screen generation unit 23 generating a display screen related to the information on the basis of the stored information; and a display unit 24 displaying the generated display screen.
