<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread conveying device that can apply even pressure on each of bread pieces to be obtained by cutting bread, and can ensure conveyance of the bread pieces in a predetermined direction. <P>SOLUTION: The bread conveying device for conveying bread to pass the bread through a bread cutting means for cutting the bread into a plurality of bread pieces includes: a contacting means having a plurality of pusher members that can contact a plurality of intended bread-piece forming parts of the bread that are intended to form the plurality of the bread pieces; and a driving means for moving the contacting means relative to the bread cutting means to pass the bread through the bread cutting means.
