The device has an injector positioned at the center of a sliding cross piece (30b) axially maintained by an annular cup (50b). A radial spin connected to a bowl has a venturi (62b). The cross piece has a cylindrical upstream part extended into an intermediate conical converging part (32b) and terminated into an annular flange (33b). The cup has a profiled upstream duct extended into another annular flange radially extending inwards, where the duct has a conical diverging shape. A conical diverging wall of the bowl and a symmetry axis of the device form an angle ranging between 70-130 degrees.
