LIPOSOME INCLUDED HORSE OIL, THE METHOD PREPARING THEREOF AND COMPOSITION FOR TREATING BURN OR UV-CUT CONTAINING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a liposome inclusion complex containing horse oil, which comprises: i) a step of melting horse oil at 40 to 45°C; ii) a step of mixing molten horse oil with lecithin and an emulsifier supplement to be dissolved in distilled water; and iii) a step of obtaining a liposome inclusion complex containing horse oil by injecting the dissolved mixture from step ii) to a high pressure emulsifying chamber and emulsifying the mixture three to five times under the pressure of 15,000 to 30,000 psi. In addition, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition and a pharmaceutical composition to treat burns or to screen UV-rays, comprising the liposome inclusion complex as an active ingredient.
