<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic deposition system which can form a coat with a desired thickness uniformly by piling up powder on the surface of an object. <P>SOLUTION: This electrostatic deposition system forms a coat made of powder on the object 1 by forming an electrostatic field between a screen 2 with a mesh part and the object 1. In addition, the system includes a hopper 61 for supplying the powder to the screen 2, a screen brush 31 for rubbing the powder on the screen 2 into the screen 2, a hopper moving mechanism 11 for moving the hopper 61 horizontally to the surface of the screen 2 and a screen brush moving mechanism 6 for moving the screen brush 31 horizontally to the surface of the screen 2.
