Disclosed is a method for controlling a broadcasting receiver. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a first electronic program guide (EPG) and a second EPG through a broadcasting network and an internet network, respectively; and generating and outputting third broadcasting related information by combining first broadcasting related information generated from the first EPG and second broadcasting related information generated from the second EPG.
