The present invention relates to a mobile terminal for transceiving a message, and a method for controlling the same. The mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display unit for outputting one or more messages sent from and to at least one user terminal, and receiving a touch input selecting one of the messages; a control unit for controlling the display unit for outputting an icon corresponding to each of the user terminals, so confirmation of the selected message is divided in each of the user terminals; and a wireless communications unit for transmitting a confirmation request message of the selected message to the user terminal corresponding to a selected one from the outputted icons. |
