Provided is a cleaning device capable, without a cleaning failure, of efficiently cleaning solar panels (101) arranged in a row. A cleaning device is provided with cleaning units (10) each provided with: a cleaning body (11) for cleaning the surfaces to be cleaned of solar panels; a movement section (14) for moving the cleaning body on the surfaces to be cleaned; and a framework (12) having both the cleaning body and the movement section affixed thereto. The cleaning device is also provided with: connection sections (40) for connecting the frameworks of the cleaning units in the direction intersecting the direction of movement of the movement section, the connection sections (40) being bendable at least in the vertical direction relative to the surfaces to be cleaned; and a first restriction section (42) affixed above the frameworks of the cleaning units so as to straddle the connection sections and restricting the bending of the connection sections.
