摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens unit capable of obtaining a brighter image by enlarging a capturing numerical aperture of fluorescent side regardless of a numerical aperture of an exciting side in which the aberration needs to be accurately corrected, and a scanning microscope including the objective lens unit. <P>SOLUTION: The objective lens unit 39 is used in the scanning microscope 10, radiates exciting light (illumination light having a first wavelength) emitted from a light source 20 to a sample 20 and scans the sample with the exciting light, collects fluorescent light (observation light having a second wavelength) radiated from the sample 60 excited by the exciting light, and comprises: an objective lens 37; and an annular filter 38 that shields the exciting light and transmits the fluorescent light, and makes a diameter of a light flux of the exciting light having passed through an exit pupil of the objective lens 37 smaller than a diameter of a light flux passing through the exit pupil, the annular filter 38 having the maximum numerical aperture of the objective lens 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
