PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition solution for a polarizing plate, which is an adhesive excellent in adhesive force and suitable for bonding various protective films for a polarizing plate with a polarizer, particularly for bonding a protective film other than TAC with a polarizer, and which has excellent production efficiency and excellent resistance to a color void.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition solution comprises a photopolymerizable compound (A) and an oxoacid (B) comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of group 13 metals and semimetal compounds, in which the solution comprises the oxoacid (B) by 3 to 20 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the photopolymerizable compound (A).
