PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can evaluate the amount of valuables included in a waste electronic circuit board in a non-destructive way.SOLUTION: A device for calculating the amount of valuables contained in a waste electronic circuit board includes: means for acquiring image data of a waste electronic circuit board in a non-destructive way; feature detection means for acquiring, from the acquired image data, numerical information on feature items relevant to the amount of valuables contained in the waste electronic circuit board; and valuable content calculation means for calculating the amount of valuables contained in the electronic circuit board from the feature information.
