PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ozone adsorbing-desorbing unit capable of considerably reducing heat load required to control the temp. of ozone adsorbing tubes in the ozone adsorbing-desorbing unit in which ozone is continuously adsorbed and desorbed by successively changing over the ozone adsorbing tubes, capable of considerably reducing the cost of production and capable of increasing the rate of operation and to provide a method for controlling the temp. of the ozone adsorbing-desorbing unit. SOLUTION: In the ozone adsorbing-desorbing unit in which ozone is successively adsorbed and desorbed by successively changing over a plurality of ozone adsorbing tubes, respective ozone adsorbing tubes are housed in the same refrigerant vessel 22, ozone is successively adsorbed and desorbed in the tubes with a phase shift and simultaneous adsorption and desorption are at least temporarily carried out. The ozone adsorbing tubes may be made close to one another in the same refrigerant vessel.
