PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a civil engineering material for land applications which is effectively utilized, from a fluorine-containing steel making slag formed in a steel making process without much cost and time.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a civil engineering material for land applications having a process for producing a hydration solidification product by (A) blending a converter slag, blast furnace slag fine powder, an admixture and water (raw material X) with a predetermined ratio or (B) blending the converter slag, blast furnace cement, the admixture and water (raw material Y) with the predetermined ratio when a component composition ratio of a CaO component and an AlOcomponent in a fluorine-containing steel making slag (CaO/AlO) is 1.9 or less, or (C) blending the converter slag, blast furnace slag fine powder, the admixture and water (raw material X) with a predetermined ratio or (D) blending blast furnace cement, the admixture and water with the predetermined ratio when the component composition ratio (CaO/AlO) is over 1.9. |
