An intelligent environment controlling engine, an intelligent environment controlling system and device are disclosed. The intelligent environment controlling engine is used for intelligently controlling the interior environment of at least one room, and comprises: an environment parameter acquiring unit (1110) set to acquire the environment parameters of the interior environment of each room and generate an environment parameter set; a controlling regulation generating unit (1140) set to generate the controlling regulations for acquiring the corresponding environment controlling instructions on the basis of one or more environment parameters, and generate a controlling regulation set; a controlling instruction generating unit (1150) set to generate the environment controlling instructions for the interior environment of each room on the basis of the environment parameter set and the controlling regulation set. The intelligent environment controlling engine can intelligently and dynamically control the environment in the room without the manipulation of the user, and supply a comfortable environment in the room. |
